Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Lokd order.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return email us at lokdco@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are covered by Lokd if the item arrives faulty or damaged. For change of mind returns the customer covers return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
