How long does delivery take? 3-5 working days from our UK warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Shipping is free on every Lokd order.

What does the 16-in-1 Vegetable Chopper include? 16 interchangeable cutting attachments covering dicing, slicing, grating, julienne and more. Plus a 1.5L container, cleaning brush and peeler.

Is it easy to clean? Yes. All parts are dishwasher safe. You can also rinse everything under the tap in seconds.

What if my order arrives damaged? Email us at lokdco@outlook.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.

Can I return it if I change my mind? Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.
